Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, SpinaRose offers hassle-free returns and refunds.

Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Jewelry must be in original condition, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

Process:

1. Contact support@spinarose.com to initiate a return.
2. Ship the item to our US address: 975 Atlantis Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23451.
3. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
